UPCOMING EVENTS:

STATE ASSESSMENTS 
AMS Families,
We would want to remind you of our final week of state assessments. Please review schedule below to make sure your student is prepared and present on testing days.
Testing Schedule:

  • Math: April 15 and April 16
Testing Time:
 All students will test at the beginning of each scheduled day from 7:40 AM to 9:40 AM for Math.
It is important that students arrive on time, well-rested, and ready to do their best. We appreciate your support in helping your child succeed during testing.
Additional Testing Reminders:
  • Eat breakfast.
  • Bring a fully charged iPad.
  • Leave cell phones and personal electronics at home or in lockers.
  • Try your best not to schedule appointments during these testing times.

FRIDAY, APRIL 17 – LAST DAY TO ORDER A 2025-26 YEARBOOK.  Yearbooks are $12 and can be purchased in the office with cash or check.  Please call or message Melissa Triana if you have any questions.
 
MONDAY, APRIL 20 – NO SCHOOL
 
MONDAY, APRIL 20 – BOOSTER CLUB DINE-OUT – Baskin Robbins 4-10pm – 20% of all sales will be donated to the AMS Booster Club.

MONDAY, APRIL 27 – NIGHT OF THE STARS 5:00 – 8:15pm
A Celebration for ANTHONY ALL STARS who earned a PLANTINUM or GOLD card for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quarters.  More information will be available in the next 2 weeks.

GENERAL INFORMATION 
ART CLASSES are accepting Bubble Wrap and Bubble Wrap mailers.  Please bring donations to the Front Office. Thank you!!

MRS. LARKIN'S ART ROOM IS CURRENTLY COLLECTING: 
  • Magazines
  • All sorts of material scraps, quilting jelly roll strips, and squares
  • All various trims, such as Rick Rack, Pom Pom Lace, Ribbon, Fringe, Lace, and Yarn
  • Empty Altoids mint tins
Thanks to everyone that collects, recycles & donates to the art room! Your generosity & kindness makes a difference!
 SEWING & INTERIOR DESIGN CLASSES - are accepting donations of fabric, felt, polyfil stuffing, and thread.  Please bring donations to the Front Office.  Thank you!!

ADMITTANCE TO THE SCHOOL BUILDING-
We also want to make you aware of our policy requiring an ID to pick up your student from school.  Please be prepared to show your ID – Driver's License or State Issued ID to the Attendance Secretary when you come in to pick up your student.  Also, please call the office ahead of time on the appointment day and we can have your student in the office, ready for pick-up.

CHILD NUTRITION
 
AMS DAILY NEWSLETTER – is available daily on ParentSquare. A message will not be sent out. The AMS Daily Newsletter contains dates and information for upcoming events, clubs and activities, the lunch menu for the day, and other important information. It is available each day at 3:00pm for the next school day.

LOST & FOUND:
Please have your students check the Lost & Found Racks for any missing clothing, lunch boxes, binders, and other items.
Lost Water Bottles or electronics, jewelry, cash, or other small items, are in the office.
All unclaimed items are donated at the end of each month.
