The Susan B. Anthony Booster Club invites you to become an active and supportive member for the 2024- 2025 school year. As a member, you are showing your support for the students, teachers and staff for all the hard work they do throughout the year. Participation can also be volunteering to work concession stands for all home athletic events, teacher appreciation meals or monetary donations for specific events.

Membership dues are $20.00 per family. Venmo account is @AMSBoosters. Checks should be made payable to AMS BOOSTER CLUB and can be dropped off at the school office. Cash is also acceptable and can be returned to the office along with this form. Email questions to: anthonybooster@outlook.com
