UPCOMING EVENTS:
FRIDAY, DEC 12 – WINTER PARTY – Sponsored by STUCO 5:30-7:00pm
Tickets will be available to purchase at the door for $1. Please see Parent Square message from Tues, Dec 9 for more details and student expectations. Hot Chocolate and Pizza Slices will be available for $1 each while supplies last. Please see earlier Parent Square message for rules and expectations.
WEEK OF DEC 15 – NO ACTIVITY BUS
The Activity Bus will not run after school on Tues, 12/16 and Wed, 12/17.
The following clubs will not be meeting next week:
ASHA, GSA, Makerspace, After School Orchestra, Cheer, Math Counts, RPG Club
WEEK OF DEC 15-19 – SPIRIT WEEK
Please see the attached flyer re: Dress-up Spirit Week sponsored by STUCO. Show your school spirit by dressing up each day.

THURSDAY, DEC 18 – WINTER SPORTS PARENT/GUARDIAN MEETING FOR BOYS BASKETBALL AND GIRLS WRESTLING in AMS Cafeteria 5:30pm
MONDAY, DEC 22 – JAN 5 – WINTER BREAK – NO SCHOOL
TUESDAY, JAN 6 – SCHOOL RESUMES
WEEK OF JAN 6 – NO ACTIVITY BUS

BOYS BASKETBALL & GIRLS WRESTLING – Sign-ups are in the office. More information to follow. Please make sure all physicals have been turned in to the office by Dec 12.
7th grade Tryouts will be Dec 15 & 16. 8th grade Tryouts will be Dec 16 & 17.

GENERAL INFORMATION
MRS. LARKIN'S ART ROOM IS CURRENTLY COLLECTING:
Mrs. Larkin's Art Room is currently collecting:
• All sorts of material scraps, quilting jelly roll strips, and squares
• All various trims, such as Ric Rac, Pom Pom Lace, Ribbon, Fringe, Lace, and Yarn
• Empty Altoids mint tins
Thanks to everyone that collects, recycles & donates to the art room! Your generosity & kindness makes a difference!
SEWING & INTERIOR DESIGN CLASSES - are accepting donations of fabric, polyfil stuffing, and thread. Thank you!!
ADMITTANCE TO THE SCHOOL BUILDING-
We also want to make you aware of our policy requiring an ID to pick up your student from school. Please be prepared to show your ID – Driver's License or State Issued ID to the Attendance Secretary when you come in to pick up your student. Also, please call the office ahead of time on the appointment day and we can have your student in the office, ready for pick-up.

LUNCH INFORMATION: Here is the link to put money in your student’s lunch account –
CHILD NUTRITION
AMS DAILY NEWSLETTER – is available daily on ParentSquare. A message will not be sent out. The AMS Daily Newsletter contains dates and information for upcoming events, clubs and activities, the lunch menu for the day, and other important information. It is available each day at 3:00pm for the next school day.
LOST & FOUND:
Please have your students check the Lost & Found Racks for any missing clothing, lunch boxes, binders, and other items.
Lost Water Bottles or electronics, jewelry, cash, or other small items, are in the office.
All unclaimed items are donated at the end of each month.
